Software and Hardware Optimizations on Snapdragon 820C

Hi Qualcomm team,

I have developed an AI Application that uses Tensorflow models.  We are planning to build new AI Application that will have two to three detection model and two classification model and some opencv codes also. The application is developed in JAVA on Android 9 in Snapdragon 820C Board. The application has camera has input which will have frames coming in continuously. 

So wanted to know what software or hardware optimizations can be tried to make the application run faster. Currently the code is running on cpu and not able to run on GPU and DSP which makes the application too slow.

So wanted information from Qualcomm team where you can tell us what hardware and software optimizations can be tried to make application run faster and the board is Snapdragon 820C.
