Adreno Vulkan Layer segfaults

Hello,
we've been attempting to get Adreno Vulkan Layer running to help us out with performance, but we're getting a segfault inside vulkan functions when the layer is in use. We tried it in our own application, where it fails in vkGetImageMemoryRequirements and Vulkan Samples app, where a similar failure occurs in vkCreateSwapchainKHR. Both failures are an access violation to some non-null memory address.

We're testing this on Adreno 650.

Any ideas on why this issue occurs and how we could resolve it would be very much appreciated.
