Hi, I'm fairly new to Android development and have some questions about the camera api. Poking around I'm able to see various flags (on various devices) that are used for setting the frame rate, hfr and hdr modes. Is there any official documentation available to get these flags to work when available? As well, I'm particularly interested in the preview-frame-rate=fixed flag. Can this flag be guaranteed to allow me to "lock" the preview frame rate the streams to the callback instead of automatically jumping from frame rates depending on lighting conditions?
