Hi all,

I need to access H.264 accelerator (encoder/decoder) via Open MAX IL API on non-android mobile device, can someone give a hand on how to get start? Also I have the following questions,

1) Where can I download the header file and library for Qualcomm Open MAX IL?

2) Is there any sample code to learn?
