We have the HDK8550 "Main Board" and 12V adapter which we purchased from Lantronix.
As a first step we wanted to verify if the board boots-up. We followed the steps highlighted in the "80-38579-1_REV_AB_HDK8550__SM8550P_QCS8550__Development_Kit_Quick_Start_Guide" document. The board is NOT booting-up. Please help out with this. Here are the further steps we have initiated from our side-
- We have currently requested for license information from Lantronix and we are also checking on the Qualcomm Package Manager ppt.
- We have sent in a mail to Qualcomm support (ToolLicenseSupportRequest mail group) and they have responded by saying no license is required for QPM3.
Please support our request at the earliest.
