I have question about "Multi-way USB using USB hub"

It is in page 24 of document "cs-345541-dc-1-qualcomm_csr101x_hardware_design_guidelines_-_trademarks_copyrights_legal_072216"

I want to flash to multiple CSR1010 chip at same time as shown in the picture. page 24 of the document.
 
so I bought 4 of "DK-USB-SPI-10225-1A" and USB hub.
 
I am using "CSR µEnergy SDK (xIDE)" version CSR µEnergy SDK-2.6.0.10 for programing and flashing.
 
I use it to flash on a chip sequentially one by one now.. 
 
I don't know how to work with mutiple CSR1010 chip at the same time.
 
Is there another software or hardware that makes it possible to configure it as shown in the picture?
