Hi ,

First of all, sorry if i am posting this in the wrong place, Since CSR forums are no more accessible and could not find any other forum for this csr8510 chipset. i am posting it here,

We are using a cinolink  Bluetooth 4.0 class 1 bluetooth dongle that comes with a CSR8510 A10 chipset. The usb dongle is connected to a raspberry Pi 3 board. Our requirement needs to reduce the bluetooth tx power and we were able to change the Max Tx power and default TX power using the bccmd utility but it seems this has no effect and no changes are observed in the recieved signal strength or range when verified using various android /iOs apps. Is there anything else that need to be done to change the bluetooth tx power ?
