The Windows Dev Kit 2023 offers the power, features and performance of the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 Compute Platform, the same technology powering the Surface Pro 9 5G and Lenovo ThinkPad X13s, in a mini-PC form factor. The kit is designed to allow developers to disrupt the industry with performance and efficiency by creating apps with new and improved experiences. This is the latest product of the collaboration between Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. (QTI) and Microsoft. As has been done by leading application developers such as Adobe, Zoom, and Prime Video, you can use it for porting and optimizing your applications for Always On, Always Connected PCs (ACPCs), powered by Snapdragon and running Windows.
Leading OEMs like Acer, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft and Samsung sell Windows laptops powered by Snapdragon. Besides the growing catalog of productivity and IT management titles ported to Snapdragon, Visual C++ compilers and libraries have been available since Visual Studio 15.9. And you’ll find native AArch64 versions of many go-to, open-source development tools for recompiling, optimizing and testing your applications.
