The RB04 module, based on QCA4010 and CSR8811, is a single band 1x1802.11b/g/n and BLE v4.1 capable device optimized for embedded applications requiring Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) v4.1 connectivity. QCA4010 chipset within RB04 is an integrated network processor with a large set of TCP/IP with IPv4/IPv6-based services and CSR8811 is a single-chip BLE radio and baseband IC.

RB04 module includes the following components:

  • QCA4010 chipset
  • CSR8811 chipset
  • PCB / printed antenna shared between Wi-Fi and BLE
  • An integrated Balun designed to help save cost and size, minimize tuning and tolerance
  • Footprint for Apple MFI
  • 2MB SPI Flash memory

RB04 module can be either used with RB01 development kit for software development or incorporated into OEM products to enable rapid deployment of Wi-Fi connected systems.

The RB02 Wi-Fi module, based on QCA4010, is a single band 1x1
802.11b/g/n device optimized for low-power embedded applications with single-stream capability for both Tx and Rx. It has an integrated network processor with a large set of TCP/IP with IPv4/IPv6-based services.

RB02 module includes the following components:

  • QCA4010 chip
  • An integrated Balun to save cost and size, minimize tuning and tolerance
  • PCB / printed antenna
  • Footprint for Apple MFI
  • 2MB SPI Flash memory and etc.
