Hello,

Can anyone help with the method of profiling in Symphony programs. I want to dump all profiling data like execution time, frequency, device name where executed, memory space etc. for a symphony program in a file or stdout.  How to do that in Symphony?

Thanks in advance for your kind help.

We dont enable collection of system metrics within symphony for performance reasons. We have another tool Snapdragon Profiler that you can use to get the system/applications metrics when running any application. This tool is a system wide profiler for Snapdragon Chipsets and would work in Windows/Linux/Mac enviroment. You could further get the data from the tool into CSV format file for further post processing if you want.

Please take a look at https://developer.qualcomm.com/software/snapdragon-profiler and let us know if you have further questions.

Aravind.
