All user processes should show up in Profiler. If you run your app and then run ps | grep u0 does your app show up in the list?
Eric
No ..there is no apps when i use these ps and grep commands ... i tried to run apps from /system/bin and from /local/ but it doesnt works ...
Sorry, I missed the part of your original post that said you're running your app from the shell. In that case your app will run under either the root or shell user (the user is the first column in the ps output). Snapdragon Profiler only displays processes running under users beginning with u0, which is how standard APK applications run.
In a future release of Profiler we plan to add an option to show all processes, but for now only those running unser u0 users will be shown.
