Hi myunggyu.lee,

Could you please post which device and Android version you are using? When you press the connect button nothing happens at all? or does it get 'stuck' in the working spinning circle icon attempting to connect?

Thanks,

Carlos

I've had the same issue with one of our devices: gi9195 (Android 4.4.2)

When I tried on a different device (Nexus 5) the connection works fine.

Snapdragon Profiler requires Android 5.0 or higher, so you won't be able to connect to your Adroid 4.4.2 device.

Your manual needs to be updated to reflect this. I've just spent twenty minutes trying to figure out why I can't connect to my Note 4 (running 4.4.4):

"Any Android 4.4 (or later) device powered by a Snapdragon processor; a Nexus device or Snapdragon Mobile Development Platform (MDP) is recommended; Snapdragon Capture mode requires a mobile device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805, Snapdragon 808, Snapdragon 810, Snapdragon 820 (or later) processor. "

You're correct, we missed updating that. We'll get it corrected. Apologies for the confusion, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
