Hi everyone,

Sorry for post this, but Snapdragon SDK forum is closed.

When I use Open-Q_820_APQ8096_O_v4.0-ITC-JFlash.zip to upgrade Open-Q820 to Android 8.0(Oreo),

I can boot system into Android and use it.

However, when I use Open-Q_820_APQ8096_Partition_Downgrade_from-O.zip to do downgrade,

I can't boot system, and I also can't force the system into fastboot mode by press volumn- + power key.

I also looking for help in intrinsyc, but they just tell me RMA.

But RMA shipping cost is expensive, we can almost buy new one!

If the downgrade package you privided is unstable, you should responsible for it.

Such as provide recovery tool like "SP Flash Tool" from Mediatek.
