Can't download Snapdragon LLVM Toolchain via QPM. It requires a License ID. But, I'm not entitled to a company, nor do I know the License ID for my account. How to know it?

if you look closely in the log file. You'll find that the manager automatically active the toolachin using builtin license key. How it gets refused because the key is over used( active count reached).
