QML and Protocol Buffers

I've downloaded QML and linked it to tensorflow benchmark application. But when I run it on my Blackberry Key2 phone I get the following error:

Is latest QML linked with Protocol Buffers 3.0.0? Might it be the cause of the errors? If yes how can I get the version compiled with 3.6.1?
