Does the ADAS SDK do any detection? Like detecting a car or traffic signal? If yes, how to do that?

Feature Point Extraction (FPE) does corner detection.  However, there are no object detection features yet if that is what you are asking about.

One current option is FAST10 corner detection, but more options are coming.
