We are aware of the issue and are working on a fix for it. In the mean time the following workaround should unblock you.
1. Ensure you have python 2.7.10 or greater installed.
2. Run setup_sdk_env
3. Navigate to <sdk_root>\scripts
4. Run install_dependencies.py with a python version that is 2.7.10 or greater.
This should install all dependencies that we used intrinsyc to recieve.

How do you solve this problem? I have encountered a similar problem. When I install Hexagon SDK 5.1.0.0 using QPM, error "HexagonSDK5x_JRE was not installed. Reason: ScriptRunError
"occured.
