Half Screen issue when using blitframe and framebuffer

i am having some issues when using a FBO and a blitframe to texture using NPOT, so code works Ok using

Nexus 7 2gen

OpenGL ES 3.0 V@127.0 Adreno 320

ZTE ZMAX blade

OpenGL ES 3.2 V@145.0 Adreno 505

and LG K20

OpenGL ES 3.2 V@145 Adreno 308

and many others

but make a half screen defect when using in others, there is a rule i am missing something

thanks in advance for your help


PD: solution is to use glCopyTexImage2D but with a lose of performance.
