i am having some issues when using a FBO and a blitframe to texture using NPOT, so code works Ok using
Nexus 7 2gen
OpenGL ES 3.0 [email protected] Adreno 320
ZTE ZMAX blade
OpenGL ES 3.2 [email protected] Adreno 505
and LG K20
OpenGL ES 3.2 V@145 Adreno 308
and many others
but make a half screen defect when using in others, there is a rule i am missing something

PD: solution is to use glCopyTexImage2D but with a lose of performance.
