Failed to find VK_EXT_debug_report on Adreno 530

I am running the sample apps. While running the validation sample I get following error.
>vkEnumerateInstanceExtensionProperties failed to find the VK_EXT_debug_report extension

I am using Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 6.0.1). Is this extension not supported on this device?
