How do i use this? my it says no networking privileges on my manifest

It also says
 
ABD: found a evice, but no adreno profiler-enabled app. then mentions apk manifest?

You are correct, the manifest already has the right permission(android.permission.INTERNET) but based on your post on https://developer.qualcomm.com/forum/qdn-forums/software/snapdragon-prof..., neither Snapdragon Profiler nor Adreno Profiler will work on your device as it is not based on a Qualcomm Adreno GPU.
