Hi
I cannot understand 2 cases which will render in direct mode.
1. The App makes heavy usage of render-to-texture type effects.
2. Cumulative update or partical scene update ...
Could you please explain these 2 cases further more?

Our Adreno Developer Guide (in the Adreno SDK) has more details and illustrations on our FlexRender technology which automatically chooses between direct and deferred rendering modes, after analyzing the rendering requirements for a given render targtet.
