Where can I free download it?

If you download the Adreno SDK, you'll find an OpenCL optimization guide in the docs folder..

I have the same question. I have downloaded Adreno SDk and found only one document about OpenCL:

Snapdragon™ OpenCL General Programming Guidelines 80-N8592-1 G

In references of this document I found 
Snapdragon™ OpenCL Optimization Guidelines
80-ND791-8 A
But there is no Snapdragon™ OpenCL Optimization Guidelines in windows adreno sdk docs folder.
So there It can be found?

That document, is, unfortunately, only available to our licensed customers.

 Licensed customers are device vendors like sony sumsung etc, or I can buy reference board and have access?
