Logcat spamming when setting shader program

On my LG-L40G android phone, whenever I set a shader, Qualcomm spams logcat with a line like this:

E/Adreno200-ES20( 3498): <qgl2DrvAPI_glUseProgram:1318>: **** 3512: glUseProgram(3)

Not only does this make reading legitimate output from logcat impossible, isn't this very detrimental to performance to do this every single time a shader is set?

How can I disable this?

Unfortunately there's no way to eliminate the spam.

Note that the version of the driver is a bit old (pre November 2012).  Newer Adreno drivers will not have that logcat message appear.
