Hi.

I've read in documentation that there is an ADC interface on the board, but nothing about DAC converter. 

Is it possible to play sound (mp3 file) on spicker by directly connecting it to board,

or I need to use separate converter attached to I2S interface provided by QCA4020 ?

Developers need to use thirdparty convertor (Example :Adafruit MAX98357 I2S Class-D Mono Amp ) attached to I2S interface on QCA4020.
