Can`t control pio after work in large spi mode

Dear sir 

         I use spi flash to store application img,  and use  pio 5 and pio6 to out high or low to indicate some states ,and i decide pio 9 and 10 to connect SF_DOUT and SF_CLK for large store SPI flash;

        when I don`t connect pio 9 and 10 for large store mode, pio 5 and 6 can work normally , but after connect pio 9 and pio 10 , pio 5 and 6 can`t output the state I want, 

        so I want to know how to lead this.

PIO can be in same time SPI and i/o

You have to change the PIO setting on every change. 

You can call my Skype nissim.test so I can explain better.
