I use  a 4Mbit SPI Flash  and followed CS-324434-AN_InterfacingLargeSPIFlashAndEEPROM.pdf ;

but when I run uEnergy SDK ,it return an error :PIOS specified,but flash detected as <=512Kbit, Pios specified are incorrect.

why lead this error ,and how to fixed it?

To use an SPI EEPROM you need to use exactly the pio offered by CSR. no, less no more. If you will do that it will work. I believe it will need 7 pios That can't be allocated since CSR will look for them over booting.
