Can anyone point me to Qualcomm's firmware update tool? I'm looking to update a BC127 module, and my search for it started with CSR which led to me Qualcomm, and I've seen recent postings about the FW update tool being included with BlueSuite, but I cannot find any reference to BlueSuite on Qualcomm's websites.
1) Is the firmware update tool really within BlueSuite? If so, where can I download/buy BlueSuite?
2) If not, any recommendations on a firmware update tool for the BC127 module?

Figured it out. For anyone looking for the same FW Update/DFU Wizard tool, you need to go to CSR's support page (https://www.csrsupport.com), ignore the message about Qualcomm and use the register link at the bottom of the page. Go through the process and then when you are able to login, select "Browse Category Tree..." and then "Bluetooth PC Software/Tools"....look for BlueSuite, which contains the DFU Wizard.
Thanks for posting that! I've found CreatePoint to be useless. Nothing there for the CSR products
I'm still looking for the CSRMesh SDK and development environment. Any hints?
For CSR101x SDK - Download the SDK from https://developer.qualcomm.com/hardware/csr101x/csrmesh-development-kit/tools, click on CSR1010 SDK Installer link. You will need to register at CreatePoint.
For CSR102x SDK - Download the SDK from https://developer.qualcomm.com/hardware/csr102x/iot-development-kit, click on Qualcomm Bluetooth low energy SDK link. You will need to register at CreatePoint.
Please post here if you encounter problems.
The link to createpoint of these tools gives a "item not found message". Is there something more we need to do?
Please contact Qualcomm Sales at https://www.qualcomm.com/contact/sales or Qualcomm Distributors at https://www.qualcomm.com/contact/distributors and tell them what you are looking for so they can advise on the best way to download the packages since the QDN links to createpoint are not working.
