In order to enable area-specific broadcasting, we need the methods in com.qualcomm.ltebc.aidl.GroupItem class.
However we found that some old firmwares do not support getGroupName() method.
From which version of LTE broadcast manager is this feature supported?

Would you please specify the version that does not support getGroupName()? What exaclty do you mean by "Does not Support"?
In general, the groupItem information is available for "3GPP Release 11" Networks.

getGroupName() has succeeded at ltebc 2.2.22.22 but not at 2.0.18.19, giving just a null string as return value.
