QCA4002 wake up energy consumption from hibernate

Hello,

I need to evaluate the lifetime of an application that periodically wakes up. What is the average current consumption and wake up time to move from the hibernate state to an active state? I cannot find this information in the datasheet.

Hi Perico,

We don't publish the numbers in the forum as it is NDA information.

It also depends on the use case and parameters:

1) how much time do you hibernate (we call it SUSPEND)

2) what's the DTIM of the access point DTIM1\3\10 ?

3) what's the payload you need to transfer (how many packets) ? 

4) it the transmit power at maximum or can u transmit in low power (distance of station from AP) 

.....

 

anyway best way to proceed is open a salesforce ticket with QCOM and we'll be happy to assist .

Is this for a Hostless design or for a Hosted (with a MCU) design ?
