Hi, 

I installed Setup_MQX4.0.2_3.0.2CS, but cannot compile them via IAR, IAR always report "cannot open source file 'mqx.h' ".

Do I need to download MQX by myself? which version of MQX should be downloaded?

Please follow the step by step set up in section 2.2 of the Installation and Configuration Guide.  This will give you details on how to set up the environment.
