Snapdragon LLVM 3.3 for Android NDK is now available at:

Below are the highlights of Snapdragon LLVM 3.3 release:

  •   - A new Ofast optimization level for maximum performance
  •   - Significantly improved auto-vectorizer that can vectorize more loops with control flow
  •   - Option to generate data prefetch (PLD) instructions
  •   - Tested with Android NDK r9 and r8e
  •   - Can be used with libstd++ provided in the NDK, although there are known issues with exception handling

More info on other features is available in the release notes. Please refer to the Snapdragon LLVM ARM 3.3 compiler document for more details and other flags.

Report any issues at:

Snapdragon LLVM is supported on Windows and Linux:

 - developer.qualcomm.com/mobile-development/increase-app-performance/snapdragon-llvm-compiler-android

To make sure there is no confusion, these are cross compilers and generate native code that runs on Android devices incorporating Snapdragon processors.
