An OpenGLES2.0 rendering problem on the Adreno.

I encountered an OPENGLES rendering problem on the "adreno".
The normal situation is shown as Picture 1 which is combined by Picture 2 and Picture 3, but the effect is shown as Picture 4.
So I just want to know what causes that problem? Thank you.

Unfortunately I'm not finding the images so it's a bit difficult to diagnose the problem.  Also given the flexibility of OpenGLES, there are infinite possibles on how the rendering could be done.  Are there are any clues on the GL state and if GLES 2.0 is being used.
