Hello there,

I'm using the Adreno Profiler 4.0.5511.5192 on a Snapdragon 820 Devboard and want to profile OpenCL Kernels running on the Adreno 530.

I manage to get the connection to the App via ADB, but when I open the "Scrubber CL" document, I cannot click on "capture" (the button stays grey).

When connecting, the message "I Adreno  : Unhandled QGC token: 0x1020016" appears on the debug output of the app

What can be the reason for this?

I added permission android.permission.INTERNET and com.qti.permission.PROFILER to the manifest file.

I called "adb shell setprop ADRENO_PROFILER_ENABLE_OPENCL 1" on the commandline before starting.

I'm using Qt Creator to build and run the app.

Found the mistake, the last point was the key. I ran the app from QT-Creator and qt-creator is running adb.

When I install and start the app from the device, it takes about 3-4minutes to connect, but then I can capture.

Greets,

Peter
