Is it possible to collect power consumption samples faster than the 100msec minimum polling interval? It is important for me to collect power measurements every 1msec, or ideally every 100usec. I understand this will increase the CPU power as it is collecting samples very quickly, but I am only interested in measuring the power consumption of the peripherals. Thanks for your help.

There is no way to increase the sample rate of Trepn Profiler, but Qualcomm has other power profiling tools that operate at much higher sampling rates. We're looking into ways to make one of those software tools available in the future to developers who meet certain criteria.
If you work for an OEM, check with your Qualcomm Technical Account Manager and you might be able to access this tool today.
