Hello,
we're getting close to release and we'd like to optimise our code for Adreno. I thought I'd use the Adreno Profiler I heard about for the job, however all I see is a Windows version. Our app is for Android and just like many Android devs, we're using Linux for our development platform. Where can I find Andreno Profiler for Linux?
Cheers!
Currently, Adreno Profiler is only avaialble on Windows. Will will be making it available on other platforms, and although a specific release date has not yet been set, you should see it by the end of the year.
Any update on this?
Still no ETA on this?
Got an email yesterday:
I can't seem to find a link to the actual linux version though.
Please accept our apologies for the delay. You can download the Adreno Profiler - Linux here.
Thanks admin, but the provided link is missing a ':' after the https.
https://developer.qualcomm.com/download/adreno-profiler-linux.tar.gz should work.
Is it just me, or is there no linux executable in the archive? I see a 'mono' based Windows EXE (in which will immediately crash when you hit Scrubber GL). Was there meant to be only one directory in the archive 'bin'?
