We have an embedded design including QCA9377-3 on an IMX6Ull platform and want to control the WiFi module using QRCT on a PC over network interface (for WiFi certification purposes).

The WiFi driver on the embedded platform is qcacld driver and will be used in Factory test mode. From the documentation, it would seem we need the ftmdaemon to allow communication with QRCT. Where can this piece of software be found? Can you please supply a link.

Thanks.

Hi Graeme,

If you have access to QRCT, you must be having access to createpoint I believe.

Please raise a case on salesforce and we can share the info.
You can use this link to log in to Salesforce:

Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. I do have access to Createpoint.

The saleforce link does not work.

Is there a package of all the tools required to allow remote control  of an embedded  QCA9377 over a network connection, all in the one place (QTRC, QPST, FTMDAEMON, DIAG etc etc)?

Thanks

Graeme

Hi Graeme,

Please get in touch with sales team to get access to createpoint and you would be able to access the resources.

Contacts page to contact sales team : https://assets.qualcomm.com/contact-sales-iot.html

Once you connect the QCA9377 through QRCT, you can access your PC (which is running QRCT) through Remote Desktop in Windows. We don't have a Qualcomm tool to allow remote access over network connection.

Thanks.
