Are you asking about the video channel bandwidth and coding rate or the LTE Band's channel bandwidth and coding rate?

I'm referring to the LTE Band's channel bandwidth and coding rate? Does it support 1.4 MHz of bandwidth, as well as QPSK with CR of 1/6? If I understand correctly, that modcod provides the best performance in LTE for constrainted links.
