Need a help for PMI-8996 Pinouts

Hello,
 
We are currently working on project that is based on Artificial Intelligance with our business model. Basically this application is based on Car accident. For this kind of application we require so much accurate components to get proper response from the market. So our hardware team have selected PMI-8996 chip for power management.
 
We have started working on schematic design development and partial schematic design is completed. We have selected PMI-8996 SoC for power management and we found that there is no data available for PMI-8996 SoC. We really require datasheet of PMI-8996 SoC to complete our schematic. It is also good if we can get SoC pinouts.
 
Can you please let us know where we can find the details regarding PMI-8996? We are also ready for NDA sign if it requires. 
 
It is really appreciated if anyone can help us. Looking forward for your positive response.

I am also seeking this information - I need to configure the automatic power up of the APQ8096 and I assume the power-up sequence is conducted by the PMI8996 - but do not have the pinout.

Any responce?
