Thank you for providing the log, that is very helpful in diagnosing the problem. In this case it looks like everything is working normally on your device, so the problem must be on the PC side. Are you running on Windows? If so there should be an error entry in the Windows event log for each time Profiler crashes. If you could send us the data from that entry it would help debug further.

I noticed that you also posted about a problem running on Windows 7. Were you able to resolve that or did you switch to a different PC?

Thanks.

Eric

no,there is nothing error or info outputed to system event log after crashing. Is there any "log mode" that profiler can print out all msg and error to a log file?

I intalled profiler on two PC,both have crash problem,in two different ways(so I posted two posts).I wish I could get more error log to address the problems.

I noticed that many developers have met these problems. I wonder that may this crash  happen on a non-English language system( such as a Chinese system ).

I am having similar behavior on a Lenovo Thinkpad P52 (Japanese model) + Oculus Go / Lenovo Mirage Solo VR headsets.

Here is the Windows 10 event log output:

Please; none of the posts on these forums that report similar behavior are being resolved.
